You call a massive corporate General Contractor out of Omaha or Lincoln. You wait three weeks just to get a call back. And when you finally get a quote, they tell you it’s going to be six to eight months before they can break ground.

  2. WHY WE EXIST Clear Plains Construction was founded in York with a single mission: to bring speed, transparency, and heavy-duty execution back to central Nebraska. We don't guess, we don't string you along, and we commit to a lifetime commitment.

    Jackson Turner, the founder and owner of Clear Plains Construction didn't start this company to hide behind a desk, he started it because he learned how to build in school and on site, saw too many people get bad results from other contractors and knows how to solve problems quickly.
